The GMRS-X1 Bluetooth is the most sophisticated and tecnhologically advanced unit on the market! The GMRS-X1 Bluetooth is equipped with Bluetooth 2.0 for mobile phones and is A2DP/AVRCP supported for streaming continuous audio signal(*). It features a large illuminated display, and can be either VOX (voice) or PTT (push-to-talk) activated. The GMRS-X1 includes a full duplex wired intercom (passenger headset and extension cable sold separately).
Features include inputs for mobile phone and audio (music, navigation, and radar) for full stereo sound along with with auto-mute, packaged in a tough water resistant case. The GMRS-X1 comes with Hi-Fidelity speakers and a noise-suppression microphone. All X-series units are powered by a high capacity rechargeable Ni-MH battery that lasts up to 10-12 hours during use and 20 hours in "standby" mode.
The GMRS-X1 has a range of up to 5 miles on 22 channels with 38 talk groups plus intercom.
